So only 3 days before my weekly weigh in and I couldn't be happier. For the last two months I was living day by day on the skill, even so going as nuts as weighing myself 3 times a day! I let my weight set my mood for the day and me being an eater while depressed really was counter intuitive. I'm still very much in ketosis which is awesome and we'll just have to wait and see!
