today was a busy day...had oatmeal for breakfast....snack was a yogurt with some grapes...lunch was a protein shake with frozen mango/pinapple/melon blended in (no sugar added ofcourse)...then dinner was salad, veggies, and salmon. Feeling pretty good about my day and i'm feeling very encouraged to keep at loosing.
