im feeling extremely off today :/ so instead of eating my salad for lunch, i had half a veggie burger (it wasnt a big round burger, it ws in a hot dog bun; so it was a pretty small, thin burger. i dont know exact cals but it couldn't have been more than 300. i probably had about 200 ish. and i had a cookie :/ another 200 so pretty much ive ALREADY had over 500 cals today i probably will just have a pear for dinner though and take some lax and PRAY that somehow i still lose i NEED to get to 132 by friday :( i swear i will die if i dont T_T
