Good afternoon FS!

I think I'm back on track with my food this week, after a rough weekend. I indulged in some pistachio gelato on Saturday. This time of year is especially hard since I lost my mom, and I guess the ice cream was some sort of comfort food? Who knows.

I did do a kickboxing workout yesterday when I got home. The key for me is to avoid sitting down when I get home.

I brought healthy foods to work today, and dinner tonight will be mostly veggies. I've found a recipe called Sweet & Sour Cauliflower that my husband loves, and it's really quick and easy..win-win!
