I haven't been doing to well - I've been overeating a lot lately. I'm going to really dread weighing myself tomorrow, but I'm going to do it anyway because I need discipline. It's going to be painful to see all the work that I've put in thus far disappear... But there it is. I'm thinking I should, if possible, fast until I get to 120 and then just normally restrict and still focus on staying properly hydrated and focused. Hydration is the most important thing for me.
