Whew! Before starting TWO challenges (one of which makes me move for 30 minutes a day), I should remember that I haven't really "moved" for many years! What happened to baby steps!?! ;)

OK...Day 1 down...only 12 more weeks to go (*scream*) hee hee

Well...day 1 is done and not too shabby! My fat/carb/protein ratio isn't 100% right on, but pretty close for the first day.

Marking today as a success! YAY!
