Still to early to be sure, but it appears going back on to the induction phase of Atkins is starting some downward movement on the scale. It is too early to be sure, because I am right back at my lowest weight I have hit several times in the last few weeks. It could be more of the same, still, bouncing up again tomorrow or the next day. Yet, that %bodyfat number continues to fall. It is down more than 4% since I started my weight loss, with 2.5% in the last 5 weeks. I am starting to believe it, since that is more stable than my weight.

I do think I am going to have to watch a bit more carefully if and when I add back in fruit, nuts, and dairy. I think one or all of those were stalling me.

Feeling like things are working better again. Overall, I am happy with my general improvement in health and well-being.

I had a weight stall for 6 months and tried several experiments before I got it moving again. Just keep experimenting - you'll find the right combination. And - good luck going back to school. You'll have your hands full.
