Ok, I am guessing I am 155- I have been eating so mucha dn cannot stop- I looked today like I was seriousy pregannt- it finally dawne on ym taht I nned to do FA- follow that and lsoe th eiwght- it owrks- we know that and I need to egt rid of the sugear that is what i am eating out of cotrol- well barbs and sugar - so thats the plan I am humble si erember times going to see my dad and earing basicly fa and thinkign dad- you know it works jsut do it- its not that hard= now I see how judgemtnal i was toward hima nd others ike i coln not undrstand why a woman would let herself go like Jill and Kiddie Garden other women who were arried - chiere oe it was liek jsut stop eating bt I can telyou it is an adidction asn also and you are eating to stuff things = not to fuel yourslef- I am usng food to chekc out- i am adictecd to feeling goo dan ine ed to get comfroatble with not always havign beyritng be eays- or mroe like i need otbe abe to dela with life on lifes terms withut fallign headfirst in the food I want to be aboe to let th efood go so I cna enojoy life- sounds liek a good plan

weighed today at SMI and I am 153- thought it would be worse thank you Lord for peeling off the pounds-

I am really greatful- the end of the day alomost- and no binges that is really a gift formt he Lord I knwo to tbe thin agian and to feel food about myself will fell really good it remeind me of that syain in Fa where they say nothign tastes as good as thin feels- I do no wnat ot be arogant thought0 I hoep lor dan pray that i will have grvae for oher ans can/willsee their pligth with food addictiona dn they ways that we use food to not feel- so thanky ou Lord for an abstinant dy=
