After 5 cheat days got back on track and was following strictly + 2 hrs of walking every day and also 40min at the pool this week. Can confidently say that I didn't give up, so it wasn't a failure, but great experience and joy - to have several fantastic days of celebration with my loved ones AND now continue my journey to the best, healthier version of myself☀️
