karabeth's Journal, 12 Jul 12

Consistantly 120.8 for two mornings. I get excited when I see a lower number on the scale for the first time, but I am freaking ecstatic when it is there for a day or two. It isn't a fluke!

2.8 pounds until goal weight. I really don't want to weigh less than that because when I was there in the past I had absolutely no muscle definition. I see two very faint upper abs that I am planning on bringing out more over the next few weeks. I have incorporated more straight cardio to bring the body fat down, but I am keeping my weights and pilates moves as well.

Any end of the line tips would be appreciated!! This website has made all the difference in the world for me. Thank you to all of you who don't even know that you have been inspiring me every single day :)

Wow- that is fantastic! Congrats on getting so close and keep it up! I think one end of the line tip that I learned and will be using once I finally get there is to establish a weight "zone," that is, if I bump up to X weight for 2 consecutive days, I'm going to go back to harder diet and exercise until I weight my target weight for 2 consecutive days (or whatever works for you). Weighing at least weekly seems to help folks stay on target as well. Wishing you the best!
