Feeling more positive today. Kicked butt last night doing a Biggest Loser Cardio dvd. Suprisingly, I can do that workout so much better after just 5 weeks! I didn't alter the routine because I was overwhelmed, which I was proud of:) I may not be losing a lot of weight yet, but my endurance is improving BY MILES! Yipee!!!
