Thanks ladies. For obvious reasons; I have a love/hate relationship with holidays; I love them because of the time spent with family, and the great food; I hate them because of the impact all that great food has on me. Sometimes I do great, and sometimes it's a disaster; either way, I refuse to beat myself up about it, and will always get back on track, because the alternative is unacceptable. :-)
