I was down on myself for sticking around 200 but eating bacon puffs, 2 keto brownie mugs in one day until I thought about how I had gained 11 lbs in 2 weeks eating a carby diet of same stuff, so actually I think this is working but I have to realize that I lose weight slower than most and eat a lots of treats so what do I expect.
