I had a tough week this week ... we had FOUR birthday parties! Plus, we've had company this week, and I've been doing a lot of cooking and I haven't been keeping my food diary faithfully. I'm hoping and praying that all the hard work I've done this week with my exercise will balance things out, and I can have a loss on the scale tomorrow. The other night I felt out of control ... I wanted to eat everything in sight. I did eat some dark chocolate ... could've been worse I guess. But I realize there are going to be days like this! So I just continue to move forward to a healthier, thinner, happier me!
