UGH! So I've figured out why i'm not loosing and stuck. I was eating stuff that I shouldn't be eating until much higher on the rung. Carrots are very bad for the second rung. I didn't realize that. Plus I've been eating the bars to fullfil my sweet tooth which I think is back firing. I am going to detox for a week or two and start again. This time doing it right. Curse my husband for eating pretty much whatever from the get go and still loosing. :P
