Offically back from vacation, so back on track and program. I don't think I did all that bad on the time off. Did not drink enough water at all, specially with the heat, and had to much salt but over all we did good. Packed our own food and bought milk where we stopped for our breakfast shakes, so this time we had a plan. Learned that the down fall is large cans of peanuts...bad nuts...so bad just jumping from the can to our hands and then into our mouths!! Oh they were so good though, so so good. Could be a hungry day today having more of a scheduled time to eat again. I have not done the offical weigh in, but it looks like about 2 to 3.5 lbs up. Dang peanuts!! :o)

I hope to make my weigh in tomorrow, if not it won't be till next week. Hmmmm....maybe by then I can get rid of what I put on this past week!! Might be a plan!!
