Work today and also gym
Ten mins on the treadmill (running fast) cut it down because i was so tired
Ten mins on the bike
no rowing machine today they were all used up and i was shattered
10 reps x 5 on all resistance weights
150 ab crunches (oh god im feeling them!)
ate;
slice of bread and peanut butter
bag of skittles (darn work)
brazil nut flapjack (half before workout and half after)
pasta and cheese
going to try and have a liquid day soon i hope!

Good for you on the work out! I'm amazed at how many crunches you can do...I hate crunches and situps. I have to do ab work that's more yoga or pilates based so I don't get bored with the repetition. Keep it up!

Thank you :) its a bit of a cheat tho cus its on a machine i cant do them at all if i'm on my back i end up hurting myself :( i love yoga too and im going to try pilates soon :)
