A slow cooker recipe that really only take a few hours.
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk together broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and oil in a slow cooker. Stir in chicken.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced, stirring after 1 1/2 hours.
- Steam sugar snap peas and carrots over boiling water until tender. Stir vegetable mixture and sesame seeds into slow cooker.
- Serve over hot cooked rice (if desired).

A little sweet but that can be balanced out with some hot sauce. My servings were about 3/4 cup, but I only had about 1 1/2 cup sugar snaps. One a half cup of rice with this is just delicious and filling.
